Systemwide Leadership
The Global Programs and Strategy Alliance is the central international office and the driving force for the University of Minnesota in globalizing teaching, learning, research, and engagement.
The GPS Alliance convenes the systemwide International Programs Council to deliberate, discuss, and help shape the processes and policies that affect international programs and activities across the University.

Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA)
The mission of the Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition is to study multilingualism and multiculturalism, to develop knowledge of second language acquisition, and to advance the quality of second language teaching, learning, and assessment by:
