CSE student Abigail Johnson traveled to Malawi last summer to take part in an Engineers Without Borders project, where she worked to design and implement a water distribution and sanitation system at a local school. 

Researchers Address Pollution Levels in India and China

A team of engineers from the University of Minnesota’s Center for Filtration Research has come up with a novel approach to help test cleaning the air of cities in India and China using towers that scrub pollution from the atmosphere.
